Food Safety Practices and  behaviors at restaurant | #ESC_LLC #Health #FDA | The FDA is conducting a 10-year study with regards to restaurant food preparation practices with an eye to food-borne illnesses.

Through ESC’s ongoing news feed ( you have seen several cases of Hepatitis and other similar illnesses where diners have become ill after eating. An investigation conducted by FDA cites poor food-prep practices. I’m  posting a link to the group where you can find information on this FDA study:
